Introduction: Hi and welcome to the "create an iPhone" tutorial. This tutorial will teach you the easiest way to create an iPhone at a front side angle using Adobe Photoshop. Lets get started...
Document Setup: Just create a new document, 500 by 500 pixels and a white background.
Step 1 - Making the shape: Start by making the shape of the internal area with the pen tool (Note: the shape has to be failry accurate, if you aren't familiar with teh pen tool, simple download the premade shape from here and skip to step whatever: A) Make the pen path a selection - Get the Pen Tool, right-click path and click "Make Selection". click OK
B) Fill the selection in with Black using the Paint Bucket tool (pbimg), now deselect.
Step 2 - Creating the angle: Now that you have the correct shape, lets modify if into the angle we will use. A) On your shape layer, Click Edit > Transform > Distort.
B) Now Disort the image to look like this:
then hit enter to confirm the shape change.

Step 3 - Creating the frame A) Make a selection of your warped shape by holding down CTRL and clicking the shape's layer image.
B) No click Select > Modify > Expand.....4px. Click OK
C) Create a new layer under your Shape and Fill your selection in with a neon green so you can see it
D) Nudge your selection over three times using the arrow keys. Make sure you have selected the Rectangle Marquee tool or you'll move the shape. Now press CTRL + I at the same time and then Delete.
Now deselect. And nudge with the arrow keys once to the right and once down.
Step 4 - Making the Body: Ok to finish off the iPhone's structure, we need to make the shape. A) Make a pen tool shape like this around your current items. (Note: again, if you need the shape for this, get it here.
B) Make it into a selection and Under your green layer on a new layer, fill it in with a light gray color.
C) Duplicate the shape you just filled in by press CTRL + J. Make the newly duplicated shape slight darker using press CTRL + U and adjusting the lightness setting.
D) Now move the shape you just darkened to the so the left side of it cuts half way into the side of the iPhone.
E) Press CTRL + T and transform that shape a little from the top.
F) Now make a selection of the shape below that one and press CTRL + I, then delete.
-Deselect. Step 5 - The effects: Now that you have the iPhone, lets make it look real. A) Start off by going to the green shape layer. Select its layer, press CTRL + U. Make the saturation -100 and adjust the lightness until its a bright gray.
B) Now select shape at the very bottom of everything and apply these blending options by double clicking on the layer:
Inner Shadow :
Inner Glow:
Gradient: 
Click OK
Now its coming together :)
c) Select the layer above the one you are on (IE: the second last layer excluding the background). Double click the layer and add these blending options: Inner Glow:
Satin: Gradient:
